Turbulence Training – Any Good? – Personal Experience Story

Last year, Turbulence Training has swept North America by storm. Invoked is one of the best input minimum / maximum output (MIMO) applications, I have decided to give it a shot, and answer the question: Turbulence Training is any good?

When I started, I was kg at 220, with 18% body fat.

Turbulence Training is based on the principle of building muscle and losing fat at the same time base. How is this possible? A lb of muscle burns 50 calories per day for maintenance. This iswithout any preparation. It burns calories just sitting there on that day. When a person builds up more muscle, the muscle begins to burn more fat and more within the body. It allows us to ultimately build muscle while burning fat!

After four weeks of Turbulence Training, I was kg at 205, with 16% body fat, and I've dropped waist 2 sizes.

How long will the Turbulence Training routine last? That's the beauty. Turbulence training session lasts 45 minutes a day, andonly 3 days per week. I am a marketing strategy director for an established web development company, so I have little time to prepare and take care to get me. This program fit perfectly into my schedule.

At eight weeks, I was smaller at a proud 192 kg, 14% body fat, and another 2 waist sizes!

What surprises me is that Turbulence Training is individual. Craig Ballantyne, creator of Turbulence Training has several routines for men and women, but the differencesAccounting for customized training programs. There's no fluff, no complementary actions, and you do not even to the gym working out. It has programs, so you individual training at home. After walking into a gym and see 300 lb bodybuilder can intimidate your efforts very quickly!

By the end of the 12th Week, I went down to 180 lbs. I was at 12.5% body fat, and was a proud size 32

So my experience? Terrific! I lost 40 kg and 5 waist sizes in 3 months! And that's my theory. It is hard to start if you do not know where to start. If you are a professional cram all the material in you, have a bite at a time, it is very difficult not to succeed.
